IMS network
Working with a Global telecoms provider to define the applications that run in their IMS network. This was complex as it covered a number of services, Virtual private Networks, Number Portability, Inbound services, and a host of micro applications. It also had to create a service creation environment for the operator themselves to build applications, and all this had to work within IMS SIP RFC standards.
Audio Conference Recording
Defining a solution for another Global telecoms provider to integrate with their existing Audio and web conferencing solution in order to record their customers audio conferences. These recordings needed to be playable and editable within the application, and be available to customers via a client portal. The recordings all needed to be encrypted and stored in a cloud storage solution, allowing multiple recording and replay servers access to the full set of recordings.
PR Pitch Design application
Working with a software development team to define requiremnts for a new product in the Public Relations industry. Logical user flows needed to be created to specify a web app that would allow high quality pitches to be designed, created and collaborated on across a team of external resources and in house experts. The pitches, when finished, are activated and then sent to clients as visually stunning adaptive webpages, viewable on any device.
